This class is for adult students at any level and for advanced teens. 13 years and older. The reason for mixing the teens with the adults is to show examples of adulthood to young teens. This also benefits the adults as it gives an opportunity to communicate their skills. This class consists of warm-up (drills that improve the movement in Jiu-jitsu), drilling technique (practicing Jiu-jitsu moves), and rolling (which is a Jiu-jitsu term for sparring).
